[Mk2] [Turbo] knocking from the rear

well it looks like my off side rear shocks had it #-o I`m getting a banging noise and the handling is off a bit so its time for a think of what to do. My current setup is the yellow bilies with it being a rev4 turbo so do i just get a pair of rear billies and stick them on or would it be a better id...

just picked up an amp at a good price on flea-bay 2x 100w @2ohm so once that arrives its time to get ripping the old speakers out and getting my new setup in i cant wait . I checked on infinitys website and they are 2ohm which is why i have gone for an amp as i like my headunit without the magic smo...

i`ve recently purchased a set of infinity kappa 60.7 comps which run at 2ohm to replace my stock front speakers. I have an alpine 9855 h/u which has a 4ohm output, now from what i thought i need to amp these speakers using a 2ohm amp but on the box it shows a pick of a h/u and 4ohm with a tick ? wou...

well i managed to pick a set of INFINITY-Kappa-60-7cs 6 inch for £70 delivered fingers crossed they will just be a straight swap i will post up once they are in

i had them on my last car they wore well and where great in the dry but as a wet run tyre i didnt think much to them and cornering in the wet was interesting

i would look at a set of f1`s if you have the budget

its only cars that are registered after march 1st 2001 are being hit hard by the new tax charges, i think for the likes of us 2 owners are 12mth road tax will go upto £215

i had a similar problem with my 2 and it then began to get worse until it started to effect the steering i was starting to get a knocking nose and a slight pull i replaced both front calipers as they showed signs of age and where begining to stick which i thought where the cause of the problem until...

after having a read through this thread i see there is mixed reports on the kappa 6.5 speakers being a straight swap. I`m in desperate need for some front speakers and i`m edging towards the kappa range as i dont want to start having to mess about fitting spacers etc so which ones are the best to go...

dunno what to do now... my number plate sticker has seen better days so either way i need to do something with it and i have a nice new number plate here waiting to be fitted. :-k i`ve seen the jdm plate holders on flea bay which you can angle but i thought they looked a bit odd from the picture as ...
