I purchased this car and my mechanic "Xxxx" decided it was way out of my budget to rebuild/repair for drag/track use, so he purchased it off me for what I paid. Now he has sold most of the running gear to some person and both Xxxx and the person who has purchased the stuff are considering...
Ah so its 2 separate amps in a box. Shame, does the amp have a passthru option next to the RCA's? You can try the splitter as long as the current gain isnt turned up to much you might not notice much of an impact on the sound volume. Else you can get powered RCA splitters that will split the RCA int...
Dont forget by splitting the signal from the RCA you will have to increase the gain on the amp to get the same output volume.
Do you have 2 x 2 way or 1 x 4 way amp?

Michael,
If you cant get any suspension guru's then not to worry mate.... us drag strip guys will have to setup the suspension as a best of both.
A compromise so a say.
Are we going to have anyone on site that knows much about suspension.... Just a thought, you cant really have a car thats good for both drag and circuit. On a strip you would want to run -/+ 0 camber to get as much rubber as you can on the road. For a good track car you would want to run a lot more ...
Yes the T88 Car :D Its currently with James at 3S - to make some more power :D If it doesn't run in the 10's its for the scrap heap! As for driving around corners i am sure i can do that ;) Jason Are you likely to be getting some times on the 1/4 / track time in the near future? Obviously it'll hav...

umm, Just looked at his garage and his latest dyno run says 355 flywheel which is a bit far from 400 wheel. Look at simons car, 2.2 stroker, gt35r and made 450 wheel at 1.4bar. If you lose the .2 then I reckon you would be about the 430 mark at 1.5bar A 30 frame turbo I very much doubt would produce...
Wow, Nice exhaust system you there!!! Id love to see ya pull a 9 sec pass :D There is a vid on youtube of "the fastest MR2" in the world, 9.72 quarter mile. This car here >> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P6fB73OAwko Do you think you will be running around that sort of time, would be great...
Ummm being a T3 fitment i would assume that it would be a 30 frame turbo. The 200sx is a 2L car as well. I would be dubious it would make the power you want at the 1.6BAR levels you would like to run. Also the pressure is dropping off at the top end, i would assume the small T3 housing and small com...
I think with a bit of work and experience i do not see why both Simons and mine cannot be running at least in the 10's. Simon is still running a conservative map and has a lot more power to come.... Mine is in the shop and i will be waiting to see what power it makes.... thanks James@toyotagt :thuml...
Yeah im quite keen to see what this T88 can do before the turbo is swapped.
Gonna crank it back up to 1.8Bar and see how many horses i can get out of it
I hear you did a 12 second pass - you think you can be quicker next time.
Were you going pretty easy on it?
me me me. If the car is ready to go then I would be well up for it
Shame will not have the new turbo on it by then but would be good to see what the T88 can do hehe
TBH, I wouldn't even consider anything less than a carbon/carbon nowadays! As a clutch material they tick all the boxes! they are light, they don't wear, the more power you chuck at them the better they grip which is the opposite to any other clutch material. A triple would be more than enough to ho...
I agree spend some money on a mapable ecu as james suggests and spend time on removing bits you don't need.
The combination of more power from a mapable ecu and less weight will cut a lot of time off your runs and the fuel economy should be better too
