Do you know if there is a space on the passenger side footwell going into the front trunk?

I want to run my RCAs and speaker wires through the passenger side if possible rather than the drivers side.

My seatbelts are not retracting properly.

Car is an import and they kinda retract when the doors open but they are very loose.
