I'm being bent over with my insurance to start with I bought a uk rev3 t-bar which had been converted to turbo with a couple of mods which came to just short of £800- was told because it was a conversion it would cost more! Now I am having a v6 put in and when I told them they said " it's alrig...

Rev3 80,000 miles
No 3 cylinder 8 bar after about 6 weeks of ownership- could of been my fault though as I didn't get the boost sorted out quick enough! :?

See what ya mean, mine was a tubby before it suffed up but not sure if it was running right before this as I only bought a couple of months before. :(

Will do, it's had some head work and y piece mod done as well oh and it's a 1mz engine much the same but is all alloy and has a bit more bhp. :lol:

I've done it because my tubby engine went so I had to spend money no matter what!
Oh and the 100hp/litre it will be close enough quite soon \:D/

noones asking you to ditch the tubby they are a good car just as the v6 is, if you look at these kind of threads it's always the tubby owners making funny remarks ](*,)

For starters I have the 1mz engine which is about 200bh stock and has had some head work done as well as a couple of other mods which will see it well over 200hp :mrgreen:

You say the engine from the fto has 200hp thats not much different from 188 is it :?

For a lazy fe engine it can keep up with the rev 1/2 tubby thats without any mods done. :clap:
