It looks too low for just springs to be honest. So it probably is coilovers. You can adjust the damping level of some coilovers, but when you say bouncing what do you exactly mean? Personally I dont think you can go wrong with the standard front bumper and the Greddy splitter.

Atleast you know you'll get a perfect fit then if you damage the bottom end all you have to replace is the splitter and not the entire front end.
