the wheels look more like work equip, rather than toms c7r, im sure the nut holes are different on c7r's, if they are genuine works, refurbished they are worth over 1k

im no expert but im sure you hit fuel cut at around 12 psi (0.8 bar) on a rev2, unless you fit a fuel cut defender

looks like a fuel cut defender to me people fit them so the car can run higher boost than the standard ecu normally lets it .
