Re: how much ??
Mate insurance companies in general are utter right hand jockeys. They try and claim they only have to pay you the "book" price, i.e. the Glass guide trade purchase price, you actually have the right to reasonably be able to purchase from a similar supplier to where you purchased the damag...

Re: mk2 turbo-scoop question
I have one on my car which I am thinking of removing as whilst on one hand it looks hardcore on the other hand it spoils the lines of the car but as I don't have extra engine bay cooling fans, any extra air feed must be a good thing. Air enters the enginebay from underneath the car. It then goes th...

Re: Keith Michaels Insurance
Don't know if these guys do MR2s (they do have an import section), but cover my GTR with them and they have an excellent reputation in the GTR market. Damn good policy prices, and today they just covered me fully comp on the Nurburgring for only £60. That's bargainous IMHO. Cool will give them a tr...

I cant claim to know that car personally, but it has either been for sale off & on for ages or 3-4 people have owned it in the last 18 months. Why are there no documents with the car? If its a private seller it speaks volumes about how they care for stuff... Maybe no V5 to hide the fact it has h...

Re: Recovering Deleted PM's
Sorry Nick, I've looked into it and there's no easy way of doing it. The best I can do is provide them in a CSV format like you get if you export your PMs from your inbox, but even that will take me hours of work!! Hi mate, I dont think I will need them, if it becomes necisary then I will PM you, a...
