you can always stick a volt meter at it

red on voltmeter is positive

if the reading go up then that wiring is +
if reading go below 0 then it is Ground

i dont think amount of water have anything to do will how good the pump run it just move the water at a direction and the same pressure in the system even it have 10 times more water, it make no differnet since it is close loop system, pipe size, pressure and thickness of water (mix with antifreeze)...

i think the na and turbo shaft are different (different gear box)

and turbo shaft can use the pick up ring from abs and knock it into a non abs turbo shaft

the sensor is on hubs side

is the dash same revision ?
rev 2 to rev 2
rev 3 to rev 3 etc

and the stock gauge is not accuray at all

best leave it as it is and add a aftermarket gauage

it is also speed dependance

it is very heavy when power steering is not working, so if you think it just abit heavy then your ps is working :mrgreen:

bit of a bump for an old thread... one question though.. i've got the pump off, the rad out etc.. but i can only see 1 joint on the 2 pipes going into the dash from the frunk. i undid the one with a joint, that is now free, but the other pipe just has a big round joint that doesn't seem to want to ...

I have an adapter which might be surplus to requirements (I'm going to get a specific SSQV weld-on one for when I re-do my charge-cooler pipes). If you don't get any offers before mid-april, I should be able to help :thumleft: with that weld on, you need the c clip and oring, or spend £20+ for thes...

the have a funny shape on them, so can adjust different angle depend how you rotate it then tigthen
just like the small bolt but these allow you slowly turny it to give you the angle you need
