Failed emmissions think its the lambda sensor but can't be sure. Everything else was fine!

It failed on co2 and hydrocarbon so it probably is the lambda sensor. Is this a diy job for someone who knows nothing lol

fixed this now, the wire had been ripped out of the bulb socket thing when the light got pushed out in the accident, bulb was fine bit of tape and now my indicator flashes normally instead of it looking like its on speed. Thanks for the help guys
