Re: max b.h.p. without forced induction?

One that not many people talk about is the 2zz,i think this would be a great engine for those that like the high revvy characteristics of the 4a but want more reliable power. That would probably be the way id go if i didn't already know how good the other options are. I've been reading this thread w...

Re: Magnex Exhaust

Reduction in quality could explain the rumours about Magnex going bust then? Can anyone confirm this? They still seem to be trading according to the ebay link below but it does looks like they may have stopped at some point by this quote from them "Magnex Exhausts are now back in business!&quo...

Help Needed With Speaker Wiring Please!

I'm in the middle of replacing my speakers with aftermarket ones, can anyone confirm which is the +ve of the two speaker wires to the front speakers? There's a Blue and a Green (with Brown stipe) but they both seem to be live when the stereos on so does it matter which way around they go to the new ...

Re: lowering springs

Try emailing Dave at Prolex-UK (prolexuk@gmail.com) to see if he can help. He's the owner and sourced mine for me not too many months ago along with my Koni inserts and some Cusco parts. He supplies a lot of stuff to MK3 Roadster owners via MR2ROC which is where I first used him but when I got my MK...

Yeh I think it dropped out from somewhere near the exhaust manifold / heatshield area so it will have been getting quite warm wherever it was lodged!

Re: Any Ideas What This Is?

its a battery plug. god knows how it got there unless theres one missing out the top of your battery? be careful with it, it may still have acid on it. Well spotted! There's definitely not one missing from my battery so it must have been lying around somewhere from whenever the battery was last rep...

Any Ideas What This Is?

Re: Mountney wheel, momo boss??

It looks like it but you can't tell for sure without measuring it. If it isn't though don't worry as it will be a Nardi/Personal fitting and you can buy an adapters to mate the two together like this: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ADAPTER-FOR-MOMO-OMP-SPARCO-BOSS-TO-NARDI-STEERINGWHEEL_W0QQitemZ290263078896...

Re: Eagle logo picture needed

Hi Jonathan, If you want to save the hassle of making your own there's a seller on ebay (link below) who sells MK1 Eagle keys rings but can produce the badge used for the key rings in any size you want. I contacted them recently asking if they could make me some wheel centres and they said they coul...

Re: Magnetic sump plug?

Slight topic drift but does anyone know if the same sort of thing is available for use on the gearbox? I already use one on the sump which I'm happy with and wondered if one could also be fitted to the gearbox?
