Re: [FINALIZED] DIN triple gauge

The screws aren't supposed to be the terminals. They hold the gauges themselves in place and transfer the electrical signals. To get these to work, you would be wise to source the sensors from a Pulsar. There's no guarantee Toyota sensors will get even remotely the correct reading and don't even th...

DIN triple gauge

Hi, i got this rare DIN mount triple gauge taken from a Nissan Pulsar GTI R SR20DET Its got screw terminals on the back for easy connection. You will need SR20DET sensors. IF i remember correctly those white tabs on the back need to be cut to fit it on the MR2 din slot, so its not a direct fit. 35 p...

Its got some storage marks but overall looks great. Comes with mounting bracket, as pictured.

1994 rev 3 Turbo swap

Hello, After 2 years of nearly not using it, decided to sell my MR2. The car is a 1994 rev 3 import NA GTS with a 1995 rev 3 turbo swap on it. Chassis has 129500 km (thats around 80k miles). I bought the turbo clip from the forum member sofaboy. The engine had around 62000 miles on it and had the ca...

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Steering fogs not changing direction

HI, the PS relay is a big round thing covered in rubber to the right on the bonnet (passenger side). I think its located near the fuse box. IF the PS fails there is a trick in the KB (IRC) that says cycling the ignition on and off several times will clean the contacts in the PS relay (rusty contacts...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Rev 3 Turbo swap AC pinout

Update on this: I finally fixed it. The forum member acf8181 sent me a picture of his chassis loom plug (rev 3 NA import like mine before the swap but with ABS) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v50/acf8181/IMG_20150630_131743_zpsj32q2wqe.jpg With this and the rev3 NA pinouts available on internet, ...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Rev 3 Turbo swap AC pinout

If the clutch is not engaging you just have to find the pin in the body loom and repin to pin in engine loom. Thanks Peter. Would you precise a bit more please? I did some research tonight and found two things. First looking at the rev3 pinout available on most of the mr2 forums like this http://im...

[Mk2] [Turbo] Rev 3 Turbo swap AC pinout

Hi. I got a '94 rev3 that has a rev 3 Turbo swap in it. Wiring was done using the Turbo engine loom and the NA chassis loom, changing the required pins (suposedly) in the ECU plug. The AC is not working, clutch is not engaging but its raising the idle when the AC switch is pressed. There is no power...
