Your IAT calibration must be wrong. 100C is too much temperature.Check the cold intake pipe to the touch. You would burn your hand if you had 100C on the pipe.
You should be able to check the IAT on hot water (dont blame if you break it though ), never heard of an IAT gone by say water injection.

I spotted two MK2 in Worcester. If im not wrong both rev 5, one red the other white.
