You seem reluctant to state what the problem with the engine was - that's putting a lot of potential buyers off. You've probably just overlooked it because you know it's been fixed - but anyone reading this post looking for a nice blue MR2 will see that you had a problem with the engine cutting out ...

OK someone bring a spare tubby lump and running gear to JAe, I'll bring tools, grinder and welder ......

Then you can have best of both worlds LOL

At that pice you could afford to buy it and convert it to tubby and not lose much (provided you do the work yourself ....)

Thanks Spanners for the LSD info The Mrs is putting her foot down and i barely managed to convince her a mk1 would be ok (cheaper insurance, less fuel costs, tax, service myself etc) :thumleft: Never regretted selling a car more than this one. Had to console myself with a Mitsi GTO TT - grinning ag...
