jinxy where did you get the leece lined cover and what price etc? Does it stay on in the wind? Got it from the classic car show at the NEC last month when we had a mk1 club stand there, retail price £139.99, show price £115 :thumleft: 97% waterproof, fleece lined, but fully breathable, so any water...

Max, bottom ball joints are notorious for clonking, thats if youve not already changed them, take a look at the tie rods & joints too, these can clonk, wheel nuts too ??, rear drop links & arb bushes ??, once this lot is checked there aint a lot else mate :-k , as for missing, dampness, or g...

:thumleft: I think the operative word in that post was " Garage" They dont like being left outside without any protection over them, ive got a really nice fleece lined waterproof cover over mine now & it seems to do the trick, was thinking about using one of those giant Condoms over it...
