Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Help need to diagnose boost Probs
theres 3 in all, one is from the boost pressure sensor(next to diagnostic port) which goes to solenoid, boost gauge is tapped into this. jus befo it meets the solenoid. And then theirs 2 more, in the pic you can see its shrouded in the silver heat insulation, they go or come from the turbo nipple, a...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Help need to diagnose boost Probs

In the first pic which is marked, thats where the boost gauge is t'd in and comes from the the turbo pressure sensor (next to diagnosis port) and goes to the solenoid. Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Help need to diagnose boost Probs
search "tvsv" dude, thats what im saying, theres millions of posts on it..... tvsv will pull back boost 3psi or so, so IF yours is disconnected, theres your answer as to why your running 10-11psi.... but you need to be sure it is actually disconnected either by the actuator, or the blue p...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Help need to diagnose boost Probs
i've searched about boost probs, but nothing specific all about removing vsv, why should i hook it back up? The car direct from japan, it had a boost gauge fitted, but was taken out. i can tell, still had the vac pipe and holes in the pillar. But i've installed a boost gauge now, and the reading is ...

As a matter of interest, the other big names in Boost gauges get their mechanicals from Omori ;-) If you need the fitting guide for this mod drop me an email at: gtech@f2s.com.....Done loads of them and you wont have any p...
