Re: IMOC Trackday- Sat 3rd September @ Elvington

Hrms its looking tempting... However... i'm worried about a few things.... 1. Wrecking my car (mechanically) 2. Trashing my nice potenzas! 3. Hitting something... 4. Getting laffed at for having the slowest mr2 on the track! I really don't want to go home with an expensive garage bill for a new head...

Re: Tubby vs Scuby WRX

Hi, I dont see a problem with a bit of a friendly race. As long as your sure you not endangering anyone else and you drive within your limits then no harm done. However, dont post that you were doing 140mph or whatever on a public board like this, that is asking for trouble!! you dont know who's wa...

Re: do u think i shud remove my toms scoop?

IMO I think all those air scoopy things look like cack.... They don't ever look like they were meant to be part of the car, and they ruin the lines... And from what I can gather they don't do much. Its almost like a growth on the back of the car!!! :silent: If they're that great, how come no manufac...

Re: There IS a GOD!!!

I had my stereo and cds nicked. They found them and the people who nicked them. Took me 18 months to get them back from the police. Hrm.... 18 months... Spose at least you got them back in the end... I mean I wasn't expecting anything to happen... I'd more or less written it off as a loss! Would be...

Re: electric ariel from Maplin

I've not dealt with that aerial before, but i've done some fiddling with aerials on other cars and the mr2.... As far as i gather i'm presuming your aerial has the following setup... Red - Always 12v Black - Always Ground Green - Switched (will be either 12v or 0v) to tell the aerial to go up or dow...

Binding Brake!

I believe my passenger side front brake caliper is sticking slightly. I've had it "freed" about a month ago at a garage, it seems to be only sticking slightly now, i.e the wheel is free but gets red hot when driving whilst the other wheels stay luke warm. I was told by the garage that i wo...

Clear Indicators

Anyone know where I can get hold of some clear indicators/sidelights for the front of my car. its a rev1 uk. The ones on ebay seem to not have a hole for the sidelights, and most of them arent e-marked! Don't really wanna pay more than £50 for em.
