MR2 Turbo or 3000GT???
hi. i'm coming up to 21 years old and it's time to get a speed demon . Can someone please help. I've been trying to decide between an mr2 turbo and a 3000gt. The things i'm mostly taking into consideration are performance and mpg.

Re: Time to get rid of mk1 and get a mk2 tubby
You kept up with a r33 gtst. thats pretty impressive. my mates one is preety much standard apart from an air filter, exhaust and dump valve and it feels very quick. But then again i've never been in a mr2 turbo.

I currently own a mk1 mr2, but i need more power  and newer looks 8) . I've decided to buy a mk2 mr2 turbo GT T-bar as soon as i found out that the insurance is under £1500 TPFT at the age of 21 \:D/ (a few months away). I'm not to sure what the differences are between a rev1 and a rev2 tho...

Re: increase mk1 N/A BHP???
Good job lads. i'm not going down without a battle with this 150ish bhp CRX. Is my TVIS supposed to give me a harsh kick, because at the moment it just makes a noise, i hardly notice any difference in performance.

increase mk1 N/A BHP???
Does anyone know the best rout to power. My mate has a 1.6 Vtech CRX. is there any way i can get to that sort of performance without having to rob a bank? i'm planing on getting a JR Induction filter, HKS cams and a full stainless Magnex exhaust. And were both going down for a dyno test on the 26th.
