AVC-r probs again! Self learning

For some reason the AVC-r keeps self learning the duty cycle too low. The duty is at 52% for the 0.85kg/cm setting , but at the 1.15kg/cm setting the car self learns to 52%, but this is not adequate because the car will not boost to 1.15 at this % so I have to manually put the duty up to 62% every s...

Re: HKS SSQV

The silver one came with the BOV and sounds like a budgie churping; far too high piched and noisy. I bought the lower frequency purple one from twosrus at mr2oc for 17 quid. It sounds better now, lower frequency sound, a bit more masculine :) Ite difference between the two (physically) seems to be t...

Re: Leaky T-Bar repair

Allans link will sort it. I think I may have been the one who came up with the black silicone sealant idea as I did it about 18months ago now when I first got the tubby. Make sure you apply the sealent to the T bar panels though, and not the body seals, that way you won't see the sealent when you ta...

Re: MK2 turbo sunday 5th dec N*** PUD on m25

Hi Pete,
That car was on the Kent Coast run with us this year. It was metallic blue resprayed (originally white). The bloke who bought it was sold it as a rev 3 but it was a rev 2. Think he was happy with it, though I wouldn't have been.
