Affiliates - can I suggest group buys anywhere?

Hello,
Just wondering about how I can post into affiliates to suggest a group buy.
I can't post because only mods can post - but then how do I post a request for a group buy without hijacking someone elses thread? Or post into the 'wrong' topic such as Items Wanted....


Any ideas?
