Picman at Donington

Just wondering - has anyone actually been able to get hold of Picman at all on the phone to order a CD?

I'm looking to order a CD with all the photos from Donington and Anglesey the weekend before but they're not returned any of the calls I've made to them over the last few days .... :?

I got through on Monday, but I actually ordered my CD over the internet online.

Apparently the girl that "did" Donington had to go to hospital at 11am so the coverage wasnt as good as usual.

They doo seem pretty busy but it also looks like they have caught up over the last couple of days.

Finally got through to someone yesteday (about the 4th time I'd run them) and he's sorting me a CD with all the pics from Donington and Angesey the weekend before ..

I guess they just wont get as many orders - you would have thought it would have been in their interest to do a reduced cost for those who got less than 6 or so pictures. Personally I was quite lucky and seemed to get plenty of attention, JJ likewise - I did notice that you didnt seem to do so well, nor did many others.

At the end of the day its their loss of business!

Still a shame though.

Yep - he said he'd burn mine onto a CD and stick them in the post 1st class tomorrow am, but with Christmas post they may be making a nice late Christmas Present ..

I placed my order last Monday so even with the christmas post they should be here by now!.

JJ ordered his about the same time, have you got yours yet mate?

I have been calling them all day today, just answerphone. I left a message but nobody calls back.

I wanted to ask them to add Michael Canny's couple of pictures onto my CD since they havent sent it yet - cant seem to speak to a human bean though.

Great customer service :)

Just got a call back - apparently we should all have had the pics by now and they apologise for the delay, probably christmas post apparently!.

Anyway, they have agreed to add Michael Canny's 2 pictures onto my CD so I will let you have a copy of them as soon as they turn up.

Do they go to royal mail and pull their envelope out of santas sack and put in another CD with michaels photos on ??

*shrug* - Dont ask me, I was wondering but didnt complain. When they said they may have been delayed in the post I also mentioned that yours hadnt arrived yet either - I think thats when she decided to agree to adding Michaels pictures to stop me from complaining :)

Im sure they will make it out to us eventually!. I am itching to create a new gallery :)

Got mine today :D
shame most of the pictures were when my friend was driving, he also drove my car better than me :oops:
