Cylinder head refitting

Post by nutter »

Well i'm i'm getting there! the cylinder head is back together and on the car

now it's question time!

q1. The arp studs have a hexagon cut out at one end. Does this mean they have to be fitted a certain way round?

q2. ARP supply washers with their kit. Do i not use the washers that sit in the cut outs in the cylinder head? Or do i just put these ARP washers on top? Sounds like a stupid question i know but i'm tired and can't think straight!

thanks

the hexagon cutout os so you can screw them in with an allenkey if they are a bit tight.

you use the new washers instead of the old ones, they should be the same size.
