Hey there,

Does your gearbox have an LSD fitted? If so, what type?

Mine has a clutch-type diff in it and it was like a bag of nails with MT90 in it... Comma LS 80W-90 GL-5 is what I run run, mineral oil with LSD additive. Smooth, not too grabby and practically removes clonking completely.

Cheap too :thumleft:

I used 75w90 cheap stuff as I wasn't sure if the box was good so didn't want to waste good oil if it wasn't robust. It's been fine and smooth, just some cheap local brand stuff, using the stock Toyota Viscus diff also.

Will prob upgrade to decent stuff now I know the box is good. I've not tried it with a plated diff. No other additives have been added.
