I have a semi-technical write up for the V6 transplant. If one of the admin staff could contact me to sort out getting it on IMOC.

Phil,

No problem to put the writeup here - that transplant looks like a serious labour of love! Must sound fantatsic though.

I'm just recovering some of the static old How-tos from the old site with a view to getting them back up on the new site in the next week or so.

Adding your page would be no problem - If you can put together a HTML page giving the account of the work done, with any images etc in a sub directory off that - zip (or rar) the files up together and email them over to me I'll add it in :santa:

Very nice indeed. What are the performance figures of that engine? Bhp? Torque?

Hi Edwin, from what I've been told powers on par with a standard rev 3 turbo. I had a go against one and it would seem about right. I would estimate 230bhp/230lbs torque. I have a couple of things to do to it then I will get it rolling roaded.

Cheers EarL, Paul Woods has a Mk1 with a 3.0l V6 which is not too far away from being on the road. Thats very impressive, I had my conversion done for me where as Pauls done all the work himself. Infact it was Paul who put the idea in my head and he's been a great help in my conversion.[/u]
