Engine management light comes on, I get indicated full boost on both my displays but feels like half the power.
Switch off ignition and all good then a few minutes later engine management light on and same thing, feels like half power but indicating I'm getting the boost I've selected.
Car isles fine, no sudden stuttering or cutting out or similar. Just engine management light comes on and put my foot down blitz dial solenoid boost controller and omori dash boost gauge indicate the boost I've set it to but feels like I'm back in a non turbo MR2.
Any ideas off the top of people's heads?

No as I don't know how to.
It's going back to the garage tomorrow to get the reader put on it.

No knock sensor signal and the ECU is in safe mode.
Problem could be knock sensor itself or a wiring issue.
If it is the knock sensor then you need to ascertain why the knock sensor failed.

Are the knock sensors the same on both turbo and non turbo blocks?
It wouldn't surprise me if it's just bad wiring for obvious reasons.
I'll get it checked out with the MOT.

They often fail when they detect knock. Too much boost and or cheap fuel.

It's most likely the cheap fuel I put in it and the tank being really low.
Like I said I always use V Power.
I don't run much boost either.
