They look like replicas, ultralite probably, of something like a Rays Gram Lights 57f or Finalspeed A-Tech Monoblocks.

hard to tell eh, they look like both

EDIT: closer inspection i think they are the kei ones, the recess' for the wheel nuts look exactly the same
