These are looking like a good choice. The only problem i have with them is that they only come in 1mm oversize. How bad is it to overbore a rev2 head?
Anybody running these pistons to good effect, what boost/power are you running?
Cheers

You overbore the block not the head.

Oh I am also running these pistons (or will be) when my engine is built they will handle as much power as you will chuck at them - like anything as long as the car is tuned properly you wont have any problems.

It means that once you publicly state that something is bullet proof it breaks - its a law, its like when you have 5 minutes left of a job and say the immortal words - be finished in 5 minutes, things then go horribly wrong and you have to spend hours to get whatever it is running again.
Nothing personal mate, just sounded like wise words spoken too soon.

Yes your right sods law does rule. Just like I am hoping to chip off at 1pm to day and I know a client will send a rush job through just as I am leaving because they are W*****s like that!
So in that respect my engine build will die and fall apart! Fingers crossed
Nothing is bullet proof granted but a large majority when it comes to engine durability is down to tuning.

Ok sorry I am being a bit tetchy as I had a V early start this morning. Thought you were having a dig about something.
