My stereo is squealing?
My stereo is squealing and its doing my head in, now if I turn the steering wheel it stops? so I think the earth is some ware on the steering rack? if it is and I put a new earth in on the engine or chassis (what ever's best) would this stop?

Where is the squealing actually coming from? The stereo itself (i.e. a mechanical squeal) or the speakers?

More than likely a crap earth somewhere. Have you uprated the stereo?

yup, i got the original taken out and a alpine unit put in. i think it needs a new earth so im gun na run it to another part of the car and see how that goes,
