Re: Titanfall
Open beta to all XBone players.
I was sceptical about this one as I'm a huge battlefield player....really didnt want it to be just a cod clone with mechs....
Played about 4-5 hours of it now and its annoyingly good fun!! Very fast paced, absolutely mental but a real blast to play. You never have a slow or boring match. Respawn have done an excellent job with it and for once all the hype and feedback pre launch is totally justified! The free running is executed really well, everything flows perfectly and its very easy to pick up and get used to. You have to be constantly moving to really benefit and enjoy this game. Campers feck off!
Definitely worth getting hold of and getting into. They are definitely gona steal a lot of the cod players away with this.
*Tip*....mute the annoying t**ts straight away and just get straight in to it!
Craig....I think you've just found your new favourite game!

I'd be interested in this for my xboxone
Re: Titanfall
Go to store and download it then, while it's still there!
It's really good fun, and that's coming from someone who hates CoD.

Re: Titanfall
So Battlefield, whilst good, offers up exactly the same gun-toting gameplay as in previous years, but Titanfall which does something genuinely new and different is the last-gen game of the two?
I mean, fair play if you didn't enjoy it, but it's definitely a step forward in the FPS online genre.

this might be as I've never played battlefield before xb1. I used to be a cod player.
I just find titanfall to fall a bit flat. Jolty controls and grafix that could have come from the 360. I like the idea of the different ways of control with the titans etc but sorry not for me.
I prefer the think and attack of bf to the balls out shoot me up of titan.

It was. I didn't sign up for anything. Turned on Xbone, downloaded the beta, game on!
Finished yesterday though.

I personally really liked it. You can really see the COD influence.
