I have now finalised the design and have completed all the costings.
Below is the gas strut fitted to my car as an example:
and this is what you will receive:
These kits will fit all MK2's with either an N/A or Turbo engine lid, and with 3S-GE, V6, and 3S-GTE (with the use of the separate bracket)
at the moment, I need to take funds first and then order the parts, they are on a next day delivery from the supplier, so once they arrive, I need a day turn around for modification and then they can be posted out to you good folk... so expect delivery around 3 days after I have received everyone's payment. I unfortunately need to get at least 10 people's names on the list to be able to keep the costs down to a decent level, so once I've got to a minimum of 10 names, I will start asking for payments...
The engine lid kits are priced at £45 a set posted to anywhere in the UK and come with full fitting instructions...
If you are interested, please add your name to the list below, many thanks:

Re: MK2 engine lid gas ram kits
Does this work with a trd strut tower bar?
Does it also clear aftermarket intercooler pipes, like the Greddy style kit?
Pictures would help if available.

Re: MK2 engine lid gas ram kits
Disregard, no longer interested due to lack of response and lack of fitment detail.

Sorry, been very busy doing my real job
To answer the question, yes, I can make a special bracket to fit a TRD strut brace

Would this cost extra? Any pictures? I may be interested, but I too have a TRD brace.

Hi Jay, no, it wouldn't cost any extra, I need to make a bracket anyway so a slightly different one is no bother... I don't have a photo of the bracket in my photo inventory at the moment, but I have made them in the past successfully

Re: MK2 engine lid gas ram kits
PM reminders sent out...
Going to have to put a deadline on this for payments now, there's a lot of very patient people out there who've paid and are waiting for their kits...
...so, any payments that haven't arrived by Monday 4th July will have to miss out on this occasion I'm afraid

Re: MK2 engine lid gas ram kits
after the gas ram manufacturer messing up and pressurising the rams to the wrong amounts, the correct one's have finally arrived... I'll start assembling the kits today and tomorrow, and hopefully they will start arriving with the buyers Wednesday onwards
Thanks,
