Electric Mirrors... allegedly

Hi, Any idea's as to why my electric mirrors won't adjust? Thanks.

I'd try the electrical contacts in the door switch first. Are the connections good? (including earth one) and is there 12v getting through? (eg has the fuse gone?).

Check continuity of the motor in the mirror - if the motor's OK there should be continuity through it. If there isn't a circuit then the motor (or a connection) is broken.

You'll need a multimetre for this, and it will be easier for access if you remove the door trim panel.

Ive found the prob... theres a nice crack across the circuit board on the mirror adjuster, so obviously the tracks are broken and no signal is getting through... so if you know anyone with a spare switch/adjuster.....
