Cartrans - Car transportation

Post by monkeymax »

I had to get a project moved to my place, and called around for a few quotes. I ended up going for Richard from Cartrans (links below).

He picked up my new project car from NE London and brought it to me "on his way home"...! (He lives up in Scotland!) He has a van which can carry a car along with a trailer attached so can shift two cars at once...
Granted, he did still charge me (but very very very good rate, so I won't complain!) but he collected the car at 6:30pm (good for the seller) and dropped it off at 8 (good for me). Had a brief chat about Mk1s - and Pug 205s! - once the car was off his trailer. Very knowledgeable guy and fantastic service! Highly recommended!

While i didnt pay Richard any £, his service was very good. Got to mine at the right time, had a chat about cars etc while we were figuring out how to get the car out/loaded up and off he went!

I can add my 2p worth.

I've had Richard move a car for me as well. First class, very careful, excellent prices and a thoroughly nice fella.
