Chav ego's were hurt in the making of this V's
Coming home from a friendly game of football with some work mates, I had to drop a friend off back at work to pick up his car. As we come off of the duel carriage way we approach a junction, to the left (the way I need to be going) there are road works and a set of traffic lights. To save any problems I just waited at the lines of the junction. Then this chaved up escort pulls up next to me wanting to turn right. As there was traffic he had to wait as well. At this point he and his big ear ring missus start staring over and he proceeds to start revving his engine in a "wanna race" type manor. This is where the ego was hurt. Instead of taking the offer (which would have involved me pulling a very silly maneuver to get ahead) me and my colleague just looked his car up and down then started laughing a shacking our heads in a "you're joking arent you type manor". This obviously worked because they both just bowed there heads in shame. Then the lights went green and we drove left giggling all the way to work. My first traffic light GP and I won without taking the hand break off.

A female friend of mine (a mk3 driver) blows a kiss if some chav annoys her , apparently it really winds them up. Don't think it'd really work for me though!

Brian, I see you own a Honda NSX. My next car, if I can save up enough How does it compare to the tubby? Is it really expensive to run? I do love the NSX [-o<

Yep i've done that, though i only do it in road rage incidents. If some oik tries to race me, i simply pull over and let them past.
I should think if a guy does it it'd have an even greater effect tbh!
