Thanks for the update, did you find any other solutions for front and rear?

Yes there is a Brembo/TRD kit, although the cost is quite horrific! After taking a ride in a MK II with freshly recon rev3 calipers/new sliders, tarox monze discs and a mixture of pagid and greenstuff pads, with i think Yokohama rubber, I have to say for the money id have a hard job matching the performance!

I can stop in my 2 with rev 1 set up from 35mph in about 2 car lengths.

This one stopped (ok he has abs) in about 1 and 1/2 lenths I was pretty impressed.

Its true the stock rev2+ brake setup is very good, when my calipers were freshly reconditioned with hot redstuff pads i was out braking anything on track keeping up (or not as the case was) with 911's.

I guess i wanted the big brakes for bling, i'll probably just get some new calipers and carbotech pads from Peter!

Am i right in thinking that Jonno has Hi Spec Big Discs all round .... sure he uses there callipers on the front but Standared callipers on the back with a spacer moving the calliper out to fit with there big discs :?:

Jonno uses the standard rear caliper with a spacer to fit over his hispec disk. I've been out on track with him and the brakes are very good but spacing the rear caliper is a PITA

This is exactly the same set up as I've used on mine.

Bear in mind mine is a Rev 1 - Can you imagine stopping a 450bhp car with rev 1 brakes!!??

The spacer at the rear removes all the hassles of creating a new handbrake linkage. Looks the dogs danglies too.
