You still got em for sale?

If I hadn't bought a turbo and a downpipe I would've had em. If you still have em in a month or so I might fancy em. I might need to switch to 17's for a brake upgrade.

Still have them bud, they are JR7 replica wheels but all as new. Wheels and tyres covered less than 1k miles. Wheels cost me £740 and the tyres £460.

8x17 ET35 with 205/40/17 AD08R
9x17 ET35 with 245/40/17 AD08R.

£750 ono

I don't have an MR2 mate, i just like the wheels. They wouldn't fit my DC5

What fitment do you need for the DC5?

And a few updated ones of the car after a good clay, wash, polish and wax...

Took the car to a local show at the weekend. Was pretty pleased with the attention it was getting, had lots of people asking questions and saying how nice it looked.

First picture is after a 3 stage machine polish with 3M compounds, Poorboys black hole, sealant and 2 layers of Pure Defenition red wax.

Quite a few also appreciating the OEM+ looks. :D

And some others I took before which I forgot to post up... :thumleft:

I love a standard 2, i've just never quite liked the standard wheels they are just too chunky for a svelte car

Agreed, a nice set of jap wheels can really set off the standard body - TE37 etc =P~

Yup, TE37's are my favorite wheels for the 2. (to be honest they are my favorite wheels) i've never actually owned a set though sadly.

I like the standard Rev3/4 wheels. The Rev5 ones I don't think suite the car at all, had them on my old Rev5 (funnily enough lol) and changed them almost immediately.

I do like TE37's though! 8)

Still trying to find another set of wheels I really like enough to buy... but can't commit to anything.

My personal fave are enkei rp01s. They look like they were made for the sw20. I'd have kept mine if they fitted over the brakes

I have to say TE37's are my personal favourite, they suit the SW20 perfectly, especially in bronze against a black one! That's what i'll be going for next

I'm currently debating over a set of Work Equip 05's.... :-k

Got a sort of OEM look to the spokes, just split rim and deeper dish.

I have to say, they aren't anything like i'd usually go for but the set of Ispiri CSR4s you had on your black rev 5 looked amazing...

Nor me... I just wanted something different lol. Sadly they're now discontinued, and they were 5x100 with PCD adaptors but got lots of attention.

The guy who has the car now just had them refurbished and it's still looking awesome. I missed the chance to buy it back by 1 day! :(
