Starting problems

Hi guys I have been given this mr2 and having problems getting it running ???
I have a few videos if anyone has any ideas , can someone tell me has this car got an immobiliser and how to bypass it . And why are the brake lights on continuously any help would be great guys :thumleft:

Brake lights always on probably means the plastic grommet that is attached to the top of the brake pedal has disintergrated and isn't pushing the brake light switch as it should.
Run the car to make holding the brake pedal down a lot easier and replace it.
I used a slightly cut down trim holder from the boot liner, fits well and does the job.
