Have you got the official instructions? I can email them to you if not.

My biggest tip would be to make sure you fit the M6 threaded bar that stops the lights bouncing up and down when raised.

It'll take a couple of hours, but it's not that tricky...

Mark

if its only a couple of hours you can do mine at JAE ha ha

Ive had a set for a while I bought them for wilki the younger when he had the cosmos.

Would like to get them on but I was banking on a weekend doing one sat & one sunday.

I dont why im apprehensive as i made those puma lists fir the white eagle !!!

I have a set of instruction somewhere but if you can email or fb message me that would be handy, so how many burgers to fit at JAE ha ha

Oh Benjo, let us know how you get on :-)

So I finished fitting them today not going to lie not a fun job
But very satisfied with the finish,
2 recommendation
1 after moving the plastic clips on light covers make the bolt holes
Bigger file or dremel this gives better adjustment later
2 put masking tape on bodywork around light to protect paint

Ref clip so the metal lid/top the bit you see when your lights are down.
You have to reposition the yellow clips that the cowling screws into
Then you use the the empty holes to bolt the lid to the light unit.
It’s those holes I found it helped it you file/dremel them bigger to
Allow more adjustment to get lids sat right when lights are down.
Hope that makes sense

Yep you got it pal so after you moved the yellow clips widen the holes
Without the yellow clips, they only really want making bigger to allow
Lid to sit higher and more forward, when you get to that stage it should
All make sense.
Also I swapped my little side light bulbs for tw4 led (halfords sell them that look/fit same as a standard bulb they come in a box 3yr warranty) the ones that come with the kit give a orange color next to the white/blue main beam
