[Mk2] [Turbo] Lsd help

Post by [email protected] »

I have a rev1 turbo with an e153 gearbox. I’d like to have an lsd. I have purchased a rev2 e153 gearbox with a broken fork selector and a hole in the end casing.
Would I be able to make a working e153 lsd gearbox for my car?
Would rev 5 n/a shafts fit or could I make them work with the shafts already on my car?

dunno about the fork but N/A shafts don't fit Turbo gearboxes. Just uses the turbo shafts you already have on your car.

Thanks for the reply. I didn’t think the shafts I have would work either though? I don’t have lsd shafts.

You can still use your turbo shafts in your new lsd box. I did it with mine when I went from open diff to lsd box

This is brilliant news! Why do people say that you need lsd drive shafts then?
