JAE 2017 Tickets and Info

Post by Scott Barton »

Hello again all you JAE loving IMOC'ers!
Please see below for ticket details for this years JAE being held from Thursday 31st August to Sunday 3rd September.

Once again the club organisers, along with the GT86 crew, are planning an epic JAE.
JAE for 2017 returns to the EAST OF ENGLAND SHOWGROUND which is located near Peterborough, the new home of JAE - Europes biggest Japanese car show.

The fancy dress theme has been decided, and this year its Jurassic Park!!! More details on that to follow!

This year, same as last year's show, all tickets are e-tickets. IMOC-UK is prepared to purchase tickets through the portal in bulk for members, including the GT86 crowd who will also be joining us again. This will secure you a space on the club stand, with camping and also save you the hassle of doing it yourself!

Tickets are priced same as 2016 and are per person, and will entitle you to the following:
Entry to the show and all it has to offer
Reserve a place for your car on the club stand
Reserve a place for your tent adjacent to the club stand
Access to the club marquee, power & lighting included
Free use of the club supplied BBQ
Lots of fun and laughs!

As in recent years we are looking at booking our now famous Hog Roast for the Saturday night.
Same as last year, we would like to ask for a small donation to help cover the costs. If you could donate £2.50 per person it would be very much appreciated. I am sure you will agree its a small price to pay for what is a very fulfilling dinner! :thumleft:

There is a change in the ticketing price from JAE this year. There is now only a flat rate ticket cost, regardless of duration of stay. Due to this there will be no difference in price from being a Premium or Regular member as we feel the ticket price is high enough already and we want to encourage as many members to attend.
As stated on the JAE website ONLY advance ticket holders will be able to park and stay on the club stand.
There is an additional charge of £20 per person if you pay on the gate rather than book in advance.

Ticket Price
Thursday to Sunday - £45 + £2.50 Hog contribution per person
Children under the age of 12 get free entry to the event.

There is a Saturday visitors pass (£20 per person) available from 0900hrs, but YOU WONT BE ABLE TO PARK ON THE CLUB STAND and you and your vehicle MUST leave the general public car park by 2200hrs.
Please note that vehicles staying past the agreed time of midnight may be clamped, with a release fee of £100 being applicable on top of the further ticket costs payable.

Children under 12 (accompanied by an adult) get into JAE for FREE (up to two per adult)

Payment details:
Bank Transfer is preferred so as to avoid any PayPal costs, but PayPal is also accepted if you can cover the fee.
Please PM me for bank details.

Paypal - [email protected]

When purchasing, please PM me straight after with amount of tickets bought (and which ticket type), and your postal address, and EMAIL address.

Deadline for the club group tickets is Monday 31st July
Tickets will be EMAILED to members over the weekend of 26th and 27th August.

If you have any questions then please let me know!

For those with kids:

New for 2017 is the JAE Family Ticket. A family of two adults and up to three children under 16 can get in on one ticket. The ticket per adult price is the same but now you can bring up to three children with you right up to the age of 16. We need you all to arrive together as it will be a single ticket and we may ask to verify the age of your children but other than that it's simple, just order your JAE Family Ticket. These are available only in advance and are £90 for the entire family.
