Usually around £300 -£350 for the day, Jake is a awesome instructor highly recommend him.
He is currently racing in the BTCC, and not doing to badly as a new comer.
Generally speaking the guys in the know will say that if you want to go faster then your much better off spending money on coaching than upgrading your car

Yeah I still don't feel like im driving to the full abilities of my car tbh. I tend to book instruction with the tdo when I can but I feel like it might be worth spending the cash for a proper days worth of instruction.
My main problem is that I end up looking straight, not turning my head looking towards the apex enough. Which is a basic thing but I really need to drum it into my head lol.
