Hi,
I have a suggestion, unless I'm missing it somewhere I can't find anything on the Forum that lets me view all of the currently active topics or most recent posts??
Other phpBB boards have an active topics button that works really well.
It means if you're just browsing and want to see what people are talking about you can click it and answer peoples posts.
It should mean that posts get answered more quickly as it is easier to see new posts without having to happen to be browsing one of the sub forums.
Could we have one??

yes works well on other forums, and some also have an unanswered list so the difficult questions dont go missing and are bumped up

From the main page, in the top right, below login name etc, there's 3 links. View unread posts, view your posts & view unanswered.
Those any use?

They're the only things I click from the index page haha.
Re: Suggestion - View Active Topics Button
Ah yeah, but they are different from an Active topics button as it it only brings up unanswered/unread posts, so if a post is read or answered once it will drop off?
The active topics button lists all topics that have recently been replied to. On old forums I only ever used to click active topics or my posts.
Just my two cents anyhow, don't know how easy or difficult it would be to implement

The unread topics will show any thread that's had a new reply that you've not seen. It's all I ever use to browse the forum, when I hit refresh, this thread won't show until someone replies, then it'll be up at the top again ready to read!

This forum is not going to be upgraded in it's present form, I'm afraid. Any changes would be on the new forum, but nothing is happening on that front at present.
So, all I can do is advise you to use the existing features as we are not going to implement anything new at this point.
