No buttons for feedback and [URL] tags

I just went to leave feedback from a transaction I done last week on here, but there is no positive (or any) feedback button bits on here?

Also, the feedback link came with [URL] tags meaning I had to copy and paste into my browser, no difficult I know, but it's changed since I last used it
