Temperamental RCL?

Hi All

I have a Toad Ai606 alarm fitted and operate the alarm and central locking from a key fob. On two occasions in the last week, when i have pressed the fob the alarm has dis-armed, but the doors failed to unlock.

This isn't a major problem as I can still use the key to open the doors (apart from the first time it happened when the key was at home and I was at Morrisons ), it just isn't working as it should do though.

I can hear the door mechanism trying to close the doors when I press the fob for a second time, but cannot hear any movement when trying to open the doors.

Any suggestions appreciated
