So how long can you record stuff for and what does it record to. Basically I would like a set up like that, where can I get it all from?? :thumleft:

It's a CCTV harddisc recorder. Think the HDD is 120GB, and can record hours and hours - and it eventually overwrites the earliest recorded files.

If I were to get one now, I'd get a solid state recorder. And with better resolution.

Here's a couple more for your pleasure.

This one was particularly annoying to see for me, as I had an accident in the wifes car 6 years ago at the EXACT same spot, by someone doing the EXACT same thing. This one avoided a collision though.

Also talking about in car CCTV

I've been looking into the GS-600

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/DOD-GS600-Car-DVR ... 2a1124276c

and also roadhawk

http://www.roadhawk.co.uk/?gclid=CLLA9r ... zAodKntvgA

Both record as soon as you start the car and also monitor time/date, are GPS based so monitor your location and record that on a map aswell as the main video, storing it onto a SD card

Think im gunna go for the GS600 and mount it behind the rear view mirror
