Mk1 up for sale.. and mk3 being picked up tomorrow.

Post by gforceuk »

Sadly my small restoration of my mk1 was going to take too long and I needed a car to get me around without it going to the garage for the odd bit of body work.

So .. i picked up a lovely looking 2001 Mk3 with 55k on the clock.

I've read about the pre cat... so i'll get that removed in the next month ..

anything else I should look out for?

Cheers

Woo hooooo!!

Awesome vehicle.

Other than the pre-cats, I've not had to change a darn thing on mine which is fantastic.

Picked it up for 2950 reduced from 3250 .. Should I be worried about the low price or is that about right

Ill put a few up when I'm not working ..

Nice car , very smooth.

Needs a good look over and need to get hold of Toyota to see if I can get more history on it , only stamped to 17k . Mot's all tie up soundly for mileage.

bargain, and you can afford a nice service for her. :) then just watch things closely for a while. Look if it uses oil or not and if so over how long that is usualy the tip off.

Enjoy,
Phil
