Single Din

Post by excalibur1814 »

After experiencing the Xtrons 7" dvd player that I had in my Turbo, I decided to go for the following in the Mk3: (The Xtrons blew due to a low battery bla blaa etc/ Xtrons is now eonon)

There seens to be one problem.. single din adapter! I have the correct iso cable (even though it states Not for MR2 on the front) but cannot find a single din bracket plastic type caddy thingy job? There are a few on ebay but they state 02 forward. Even mailed one of the 'sellers' and they confirmed this.

? Agghh. Is there one?

If it will fit the 02 then it should fit any roadster, the car only facelifted post 03 and the centre dash didnt change in that way

If you pick up a double DIN Adapter for an original RAV4 it fits the Roadster - I'm fairly sure I ordered mine plus a Wiring loom adapter from Halfords.
