From what I understand if the rules are interpreted very strictly you'll have to park it in the main car park and potentially pay the full entry fee buuuut I'm sure if you explain they will make an exception :)

Hi all, I've somehow taken over organising this event from Scott as he is probably now boarding a plane to sunny Kos (lucky git) Currently I have arranged for around 10 cars from the Facebook groups to meet between 8-8:30am so if you could all join us at the tourist information centre car park in Lyndhurst for a 8:30 sharp convoy round to the rear entrance of the Beaulieu Estate where on site stewards will show us to the stand which I believe is booked up for 25 cars.
I'm unable to attach the stand pass on here so please email me at [email protected] and I shall send it to so you can print and display on entry.
I think you can pay on the gate but I'm not 100% sure on this and would advise you purchase your tickets online from the Beaulieu website and cost £10 a person for those participating in the show.
My phone number is 07713352060 should you need to contact me on the day.
I look forward to seeing you all Sunday :)

Car all back together (except for front bumper - but skid sluts don't need those anyway) but now I've got no spark, so it's diagnostic time tomorrow and if it's not fixed then hopefully I can fix it Saturday and if I can't fix it I won't be there, unless I last minute do something stupid and buy another car

I think it's just the coil pack isn't grounded properly but we'll see.

If I have to pay full price I will do. I would borrow the vehicle I intend to use for JAE (secret) for the show but not sure I can justify the fuel bill.

From deepest darkest Sussex. The fuel bill definitely doesn't warrant it.

I was thinking in the grand scheme of things it's actually not that far to go so this must be a very thirsty beast you have :-k

I am intrigued.

Right...there's 2 of us definitely up for this now. Got the email from rick so can print out the stand passes.

I was gonna get the tickets on the day but is it any cheaper ordering now and do I just order of the website and then print them out as I don't think they will come in time if they posted them?

Is it per car or per person?

We will def be up for meeting at Lyndhurst too at 8am

See you at Lyndhurst at 8am

Past experience at this type of event is that you can NEVER be too early..

Don't be surprised if by the time we get to the entrance the queue is over an hour long!!
